Inês Caldas is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and payroll management. Currently serving as International Payroll at Tecnimede Group since August 2023, Inês oversees both national and international payroll, budget preparation, and headcount management. Prior to this role, Inês worked as Senior Payroll at Grupo Your, managing outsourced payroll for various companies across different business sectors. Inês has an extensive background in human resources, having served as the Human Resources Manager at Santogal P from March 2006 to March 2023, where duties included the development and implementation of HR policies and payroll processing for 230 employees. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Senior at Deloitte from June 2001 to February 2006, overseeing payroll for multiple clients and leading a team of three. Inês holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Auditing and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from ISLA Lisboa.
