Gina Pural Govia

Gina Pural Govia serves as the Director of International Payroll and Payroll Systems at Invenergy LLC since November 2017. With extensive experience in international payroll management, Gina has previously held roles such as Senior Manager for both International Payroll and Payroll Systems and Payroll at Invenergy. Prior to joining Invenergy, Gina was a Global Project Manager at Safeguard Global, where responsibilities included developing a unified global payroll structure. Other notable positions include Technical Program Manager for Global HR Systems and Senior Global HRIS Analyst at Groupon, contributing to payroll and HR system implementations across multiple countries. Gina began their career at Celergo, where work involved managing international payroll projects and client accounts. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from DePaul University and a Certificate of Language and Culture from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
