Rossana Giannini

Rossana Giannini has work experience in various HR roles. Rossana started their career in 2018 as an HR Trainee at Acquedotto Pugliese SpA, where they gained skills in training, evaluation, and human resource management. Rossana then moved on to work as an HR Generalist at ACTL - Associazione per la cultura e il tempo libero from September 2020 to December 2022. Currently, they are working as Talent Scouting and Acquisition at Tecniplast since December 2022.

Rossana Giannini completed their education in a chronological order. From 2013 to 2016, they attended Università del Salento where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Scienza e tecniche psicologiche. Following that, from 2016 to 2019, they enrolled at Università degli Studi di Bari and pursued a Laurea magistrale in Formazione e Gestione delle risorse umane - Psicologo del lavoro, specializing in Psicologia del lavoro e delle organizzazioni.
