Giulliano Polito

Giulliano Polito serves as the Executive Director of Engineering at Tecnisa since January 2022, overseeing a portfolio of residential developments valued at R$2 billion, with responsibilities spanning various engineering disciplines and the successful implementation of digital management and BIM methodologies. Prior to Tecnisa, Giulliano held the position of Executive Director of Engineering at GTIS Partners, overseeing the retrofitting of 18 hotel assets valued at R$550 million while developing comprehensive management processes. At Lorenge, Giulliano managed a portfolio of 22 projects with a gross value of R$1.1 billion and contributed to corporate restructuring and sustainability initiatives. Previous roles include positions in operations, project management, and quality management across different organizations, alongside academic contributions as a Professor at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
