Carlos Alfredo Cure Cure is the current director at Tecnoglass. Carlos has also previously worked as the director de ingenieria & planeacion at A Construir S.A. from September 2013 to February 2022, and as the lider de proyectos at Cementos Argos from February 2006 to August 2013.

Carlos Alfredo Cure Cure has a Master's degree in Transport engineering from Imperial College London, a Specialist degree in Environmental engineering from Universidad del Norte, and is a Civil Engineer with a focus in Civil Engineering from Universidad del Norte.
