He began his career in the world of IT in 1990 at Grupo Steria and later joined Siemens Nixdorf as director of the Technology Consulting Unit for Financial Entities. He was director of the Siemens technology services business for Latin America and technical manager in the founding team of the e-xtendnow company, a Siemens subsidiary.

Since 2020 he has been Chief Technology Officer for Banco Sabadell (Spain) where he has collaborated since 2007. He led the technological integration of the acquisition of TSB Bank (United Kingdom) for almost five years, a project that involved more than 2,000 engineers with a cost over £500 million. Likewise, as Director of Information Technology and Director of Technological Innovation of the Bank (Barcelona), he led the launch of online banking, reaching more than 11 million customers in more than 14 countries and 26 thousand collaborators. He has participated in seven acquisition processes, achieving growth of more than 500%.

He has a Master's Degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in e-Commerce and is a Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
