Julia Neira Tijerina is a seasoned urban planning and management professional with extensive experience in academia and public policy. Currently serving as Directora de Gestión del Entorno at Grupo Topaz, Julia oversees urban planning strategies for the Distrito Purísima Alameda. As a Cátedra Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Julia teaches courses in architecture and urban theories while designing collaborative learning strategies.
