Laura Naranjo

Laura Naranjo serves as the Director of the Digital Transformation Planning Office at Tecnológico de Monterrey, a position held since January 2015, where responsibilities include managing the information technology project portfolio and contributing to the transformation of project management practices. Previous roles at Tecnológico de Monterrey include coordinating the annual planning and alignment for the Vice Presidency of Talent and Experience, as well as overseeing HR analytics to enhance decision-making through data visibility. Before these positions, Laura Naranjo was the Head of Compensation and Benefits at TecSalud from October 2012 to December 2013 and the Head of Administration and Community Engagement at Fundación Santos y De La Garza Evia from December 2008 to April 2013. Laura Naranjo holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
