Yosefin Olmedo

Yosefin Olmedo currently serves as the Gerente de Ethos at Tecnológico de Monterrey, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Yosefin worked at Softtek for nearly 20 years, where responsibilities included serving as the Ethics Manager, overseeing the consolidation of the Integrity Program, the Anti-Bribery Management System, and the development of an integrity culture. Additionally, Yosefin held roles as Diversity Manager, Culture Trigger, Global Immigration Coordinator, and Assistant IT Director during the tenure at Softtek. Academically, Yosefin holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, and completed a program at EGADE Business School in 2018.
