Leandro D'Amore

Leandro D'Amore is an experienced professional in process analysis with a focus on banking and project management. Currently serving as an Analista de Procesos en Banco Nación at Tecnosoftware since July 2023, Leandro previously worked as a Senior Process Analyst at Banco del Sol from June 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included the design and construction of efficient banking processes and team training. Prior to that, Leandro held various roles at Efectivo Sí from February 2010 to June 2021, including Senior PMO Analyst and Process and Continuous Improvement Analyst, where duties encompassed project portfolio management and process analysis. Leandro began a career in operations and credit analysis after initially working as a Telecobranzas Operator at RECSA Argentina.
