Ricardo Dalrosso

Ricardo Dalrosso is an experienced engineering professional with a comprehensive background in project management and electrical engineering. Currently serving as Diretor de Engenharia at Tecnova Energia since January 2018, Ricardo has held various positions including Gerente de Engenharia and Coordenador de Engenharia. Prior experience includes roles at Alubar Energia S/A as Coordenador de Orçamentos e Projetos, and at WEG Equipamentos Elétricos as Coordenador de Engenharia, focusing on the analysis of electrical, civil, and electromechanical projects, as well as fiscal management and project oversight. Earlier in his career, Ricardo gained logistical experience at AmBev and Vivo-RS while completing an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
