Jen Horner

Jen Horner has over two decades of professional experience, currently serving as the OUSD(A&S)/API EVM-CR Deputy Program Manager and Technical Specialist II at Tecolote Research since September 2007. Prior to this role, Jen worked as an Administrative Assistant at Travelers from February 2004 to July 2007 and as Office Manager at Traywick, Green, Arnholdt & Associates from August 2001 to August 2002. Earlier in their career, Jen held various positions at Travelers from June 1991 to May 1998, including IT Coordinator, Associate Underwriter, and Administrative Assistant.
