Nicole Leighton

Nicole Leighton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial and economic consulting, particularly within the aerospace sector. Currently serving as General Manager and Technical Manager at Tecolote Research since June 2008, Nicole provides consulting services to the Air Force for the Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle program, overseeing proposal reviews and contract negotiations totaling $2 billion. Previously, Nicole held the position of Operations Lead at Northrop Grumman Corporation from August 2004 to June 2008, where responsibilities included managing daily operations for a multi-million dollar contract in the Middle East, as well as conducting cost and schedule analyses. Nicole's career also encompasses work as a Proposal Pricing Analyst, focusing on proposal development and cost estimation. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2004.
