Tawfiq Mushtaha

Tawfiq Mushtaha is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the engineering and project management sectors, currently serving as the Head of MEP at TECOM Group Dubai since May 2008. In this role, Tawfiq oversees a team focused on real estate and CAPEX projects, driving utility reduction efforts and achieving significant savings, while also managing technical design reviews and leading solar and EV initiatives. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, where Tawfiq successfully managed multiple high-value industrial and commercial projects, and developed facility management standards in earlier roles as a Senior Electrical Engineer and Electrical Engineer. Tawfiq holds an MBA from IE Business School and advanced degrees in Engineering Systems Management and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the American University of Sharjah.
