The Facilities Management Team at TECOM Group Dubai is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of infrastructure across their 10 business districts. This includes the management of office spaces, co-working areas, warehouses, and land. They handle inspections, operations, and the upkeep of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety for over 105,000 professionals utilizing TECOM's facilities.
