Charles Kierpiec

Charles Kierpiec has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Charles is currently the Vice President and General Counsel at Tecsys Inc. since May 2023, after serving as a Corporate Counsel from December 2021 to May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Contract Analyst at Axiom Law from August 2016 to April 2019. Charles also worked as a Commercial Litigation Attorney at McShane & Bowie, PLC from 2011 to December 2016. Charles started their career as a Law Clerk for United States District Judge Patricia Seitz from 2009 to 2011 and then worked as a Commercial Litigator at Winston & Strawn LLP from 2004 to 2009. Charles also had a brief experience as a Public Interest Initiative Fellow at Equip For Equality in 2004.

Charles Kierpiec earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Charles further pursued their education at Columbia Law School, obtaining a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from 2001 to 2004.
