Nancy Cloutier

Nancy Cloutier, CRHA, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tecsys Inc. since September 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Nancy has held pivotal roles at Fiera Capital from 2015 to 2021, including Senior Vice President, Global Head of Culture and Talent Development, and Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Public Markets and Private Wealth. This tenure focused on talent strategies, inclusive culture, and global HR leadership. Previous positions include Vice-President of Human Resources at Miranda Technologies, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Pfizer, and various HR leadership roles at Pratt & Whitney Canada and Citicards Canada Inc. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a concentration in Psychology and Human Resources from McGill University.
