Andres Horcajada Castro

Andres Horcajada Castro has held various roles and positions throughout their work experience. In 1995, they became the CEO of Gesurbe Project, S.L., where they provided comprehensive real estate solutions to financial entities, developers, cooperatives, and public entities. Andres then went on to become the CEO of CIVISLEND in 2016, a pioneering crowdfunding platform for real estate lending in Spain. Later that same year, they co-founded and became the CEO of Locare Real Estate, a global platform in real estate asset management that aimed to revolutionize the industry by improving customer experiences and introducing innovative services. Finally, in 2019, Andres became the CEO and co-founder of TECTUM, a company that invests in the development of affordable residential rentals in Spain. TECTUM manages the entire value chain, from land acquisition to the operation of rental housing, with a focus on providing access to affordable housing through responsible and sustainable investment strategies.

Andres Horcajada Castro attended the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1988 to 1993, where they pursued a Licenciatura degree in Derecho.
