Heather Renze

Heather Renze currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at theDifference, leading efforts in digital solutions and innovative technologies, including AI and IoT. In addition, Heather holds the position of Strategic Innovation Officer at AFWERX, working to connect airmen and entrepreneurs to develop solutions for the USAF. Other roles include Director at Serenze Global, where responsibilities encompass scholarship disbursement and training, Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Howard R. Hughes College of Engineering at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and Unicorn Whisperer/CTO at ROCeteer Inc., offering coaching and consulting for startups. As a co-founder and CTO at TWIP, Heather oversees technology product development, while also serving on the Advisory Board of the Rebel Venture Fund and as Partnerships/Sponsorships Director for TEDxLasVegas.
