Lucien Chan

Lucien Chan currently serves as the Managing Director of The Audacious Project at TED Conferences, where leadership of the Portfolio Impact team involves preparing new finalists for investment and supporting a portfolio of 49 organizations that have raised over $5 billion for their initiatives. Previously, Lucien held roles at the Skoll Foundation as Managing Director and Principal, focusing on investments in social entrepreneurial organizations. Lucien also directed global community partnerships and strategy at Gap Foundation, overseeing grantmaking initiatives aimed at economic empowerment and education. Additional experience includes strategic roles at Gap Inc. and Deloitte Consulting, along with consultancy work at Celerity Consulting Group. Lucien holds a BBA in Business with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Emory University and attended Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
