Monewa Matlwa serves as the Chief of Staff to the Deloitte Africa Chief People Officer, driving strategic priorities across the continent while connecting with global leadership teams. With experience as a Board Member and Director at Young Aspiring Thinkers, Monewa leads organizational strategies and social impact projects aimed at connecting young minds to careers. A two-time TEDx speaker, Monewa has previously held roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, including Operations Manager, where strategic management of assets and optimization of processes across business units was prioritized. Monewa's educational background includes a Master’s in Business Analytics and AI from NYU Stern School of Business, a short course in Project Management from the University of Cape Town, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School, among others.
