Pedro Eloy Rodríguez is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience spanning several roles within diverse organizations. As Socio Fundador at Grupo Percepciones since August 2000, Pedro has demonstrated a commitment to innovative business practices. In January 2021, Pedro founded LÍDERES QUE INSPIRAN, the largest movement in Latin America focused on connecting brilliant minds for collaborative information sharing. Additionally, Pedro established EDITORIAL PER in January 2022, a disruptive publishing house aimed at inspiring the world through positive messages from Spanish-speaking leaders, featuring over 10 best-selling books. Since June 2019, Pedro has served as Curador Charlas TED for TED Conferences, curating and structuring talks for new speakers after successfully presenting two TEDx talks in 2019 and 2020. Pedro’s earlier career includes significant roles at FranklinCovey, where Pedro Eloy served as Director, and as an Analyst at Vector Casa de Bolsa. Pedro holds a degree in Ingeniero Administrador de Sistemas and a Master's in Administración with a focus on international business from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
