Subhasis Karmakar

Subhasis Karmakar is an experienced physiotherapist currently serving as a Senior Physiotherapist at Dubai Police HQ since July 2017 and as Head Physiotherapist for the Dubai Giants Franchise in the Legends 90 League. In addition to these roles, Karmakar holds several Head Physiotherapist positions with various teams including the Bangla Tigers franchises in Hambantota, Joburg, and Mississauga, as well as the New York Warriors in the US Masters T10 League and Jo Burg Buffaloes in the Zim-Afro T10 League, all from 2024. Karmakar is also involved with UAE Minifootball as a Physiotherapist and has taken on a public speaking role with TED Conferences since July 2023. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Physiotherapy from the University of East London, an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and ongoing doctoral studies in Public Health at Parul University, among other certifications and diplomas in specialized medical fields.
