Alissa Adams

Alissa Adams is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Tedford Insurance since April 2022. In this role, Alissa oversees the creation and management of the Human Resources department. Previously, Alissa worked as the Director of Human Resources at Tactical Electronics from 2011 to 2016, where responsibilities included developing HR systems, performance reviews, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives. Alissa also held the position of Vice President and Senior Human Resources Consultant for the Wealth Management Division at Bank of Oklahoma from 2004 to 2011, and started a career as a Human Resources Assistant at The Hanover Company in 2003. Alissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Oklahoma State University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
