Kristi Martin

Kristi Martin is an accomplished hospitality executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as President & COO of Ted's Montana Grill since March 2010, Martin has held significant roles including Senior VP of Operations at Darden Restaurants for LongHorn Steakhouse and President & CEO of Bugaboo Creek Steak House at Charlie Brown's Aquisition Corporation. Previous positions encompass leadership roles at Rare Hospitality, where Martin was President of Bugaboo Creek Steak House and held various training and development positions, starting from Regional Vice President to Director of Training at LongHorn Steakhouse. Early career experiences include multiple roles at Fresh Choice Restaurants, beginning as an hourly employee and progressing to senior management levels. Kristi Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing from California State University-Sacramento.
