Mihaela Chelaru

Mihaela Chelaru is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event coordination and research. Currently serving as Event Coordinator for TEDxReggioEmilia since March 2017, Mihaela has been instrumental in organizing TED-style events that highlight local ideas on a global platform. Mihaela has also taken on a role as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Tilburg University, beginning October 2023, and contributes as an International Board Member for the EWMD Network, focusing on enhancing management diversity. Previous experiences include a PhD candidacy in Labour, Development and Innovation at Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, consulting roles in small business development, digital marketing, and sales promotion, alongside several advanced degrees in business, law, and digital business.
