Jason Norgan

Jason Norgan, RCDD, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and telecommunications. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at TEECOM since February 2024, Norgan previously held the position of Director of Technology at VoltAir Inc. from March 2023 to February 2024. Prior roles include Lead Technology Designer at PAE, Telecom Project Manager at Union Pacific Railroad, and Project Manager at Perry Homes. Norgan also worked as a Remotely Operated Vehicle Tooling Technician at Oceaneering Asset Integrity and served as Telecommunications Manager in the United States Navy for nearly a decade. Norgan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2012 and 2016.
