Shanil Boteju

Shanil Boteju currently serves as Assistant Manager in Product Innovations at Teejay Group since April 2022, following a progression from Senior Executive to Management Trainee within the same department. Prior to this role, Shanil worked as a Technical Assistant at N. Vaitilingam & Co. (Pvt) Ltd from August 2020 to April 2022. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Manufacturing Management from the University of Colombo, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation from De Montfort University, and Higher National Diplomas in Aeronautics and Mechanical Engineering from CINEC Campus and Auston Institute of Management, respectively. Shanil completed secondary education at St. Peter's College from 2004 to 2017.
