Mato Sarenac

Mato Sarenac has extensive experience in marine engineering, particularly in the LNG sector, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Chief Engineer for the LNG fleet at Teekay since April 2021, Mato previously held similar roles at THENAMARIS and GasLog Ltd., where work included managing LNG DFDE and steam propulsion vessels. Experience also includes significant positions at Dynagas Ltd. and Shell, further establishing a strong foundation in marine engineering that began with earlier roles at "K" Line LNG Shipping and KGJS. Mato holds a Master's degree in Marine Engineering from the Faculty of Maritime Studies Dubrovnik and an Engineer's degree from the High Marine School Dubrovnik.
