Raj Kumar

Raj Kumar is an experienced procurement and logistics professional with a robust background in managing supply chains and strategic pricing across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement & Logistics at Teekay since November 2021, Raj oversees procurement functions for vessels operating under contracts with the Department of Defence and the Australian Border Force. Previously, Raj held the position of Head of Procurement (Global Sourcing) at HY-Clor, leading a team in procurement and demand forecasting from international suppliers. With extensive expertise in pricing and procurement from roles at Abbott and Honeywell Limited, Raj has successfully managed procurement strategies for multiple business units and contracts. Raj holds a Postgraduate Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Engineering from the University of Madras.
