Alys Matthews

Alys Matthews has extensive work experience that spans across several industries and positions. Alys is currently the VP of People & Culture at TeePublic, a role that they started in 2022. Before joining TeePublic, Alys worked at LiveRamp for several years, where they held various HR positions, including Director of People Business Partner and Manager of HR Business Partner. At Hornblower, they were an HR Coordinator for a brief period in 2016. In 2012, they worked at Vodafone Ireland as a Human Resources Specialist and Employee Engagement & Communications Lead. Their earliest work experience was as a Communications Intern at Talk in the Bay from 2010 to 2011. Overall, Alys has built a reputation as a trusted coach, built motivated teams to support business growth, led HR operations for successful mergers and acquisitions, and managed employee engagement and communications.

Alys Matthews completed a Counseling Level 3 course at Gower College in 2007. Alys then went on to study Psychology (Hons) at Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2008 to 2011, earning a BSc. degree.
