Jonny Munby

Jonny Munby (ACMA) is a Principal Lecturer (International) at Teesside University, where responsibilities include supporting international student initiatives, curriculum internationalization, and international research, along with serving as Course Leader for BA(Hons) Accounting and Finance. Munby has extensive experience in various roles such as Senior Lecturer in Accounting at LINTHORPE ROAD RESOURCE CENTRE LIMITED and as an Independent Member of the Audit & Governance Committee for Tees Valley Combined Authority. Previous positions include Primary Care Locality Finance Manager at NHS England, where management of £100m commissioning budgets was essential, and Directorate Accountant at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Munby holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of York, a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning & Teaching from Teesside University, and a Master's in Accounting and Finance from Teesside University, in addition to being a qualified Associate Chartered Management Accountant.
