Osayi Izedonmwen

Osayi Izedonmwen has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. From 2015 to 2021, they were the Founder & Chairman of Imose Technologies. In 2021, they founded and became the CEO of Teesas Education. From 2006 to 2021, they worked at ExxonMobil in various roles, including Manager of Central Area Operations, Asset Engineering Supervisor, Development Planner, Senior Project Engineer, Senior Machinery Engineer, and Lead Project Engineer. As Development Planner, they coordinated and integrated/evaluated strategic opportunities to deliver profitable oil & gas volumes. As Senior Project Engineer, they developed project execution deliverables and coordinated a suite of Satellite Field Development Projects. As Senior Machinery Engineer, they were responsible for the reliability and operational efficiency of high capacity compressors. As Lead Project Engineer, they served as lead project engineer for a suite of reliability enhancement and production uplift projects with a combined budget of $250M.

Osayi Izedonmwen completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Benin. Osayi then went on to pursue an MBA from the University of Leicester, which they completed in 2012. Osayi also completed an Enterprise Leadership Program from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
