Joseph Motloung

Joseph Motloung currently serves as a CP Engineer at Tegel Foods Ltd since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in operations and maintenance management. Previously, Joseph worked as a Production Frontline Manager at RCL FOODS from May 2016 to February 2023, focusing on staff management, KPI development, and training on safety and operational protocols. Joseph has a strong engineering background, having held positions such as Maintenance Lead and Mechanical Fitter, where responsibilities included defect handling, autonomous maintenance, and equipment repair. Joseph began their career as an apprentice at British American Tobacco after earning a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from EWC.
