Wellington Soares

Wellington Soares has extensive experience in logistics and freight management, currently serving as Supervisor de fretes at Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. since November 2002. Responsibilities include overseeing freight management processes, leading a team, and managing financial aspects related to freight operations. Wellington has played a central role in the development of new TMS projects and has been a focal point for major clients in optimizing logistics operations. Previous roles include Analyst de fretes and various positions in billing, demonstrating a strong foundation in freight calculation, cost control, and client support. Wellington is further enhancing expertise through a postgraduate specialization in Management for Leaders and holds multiple degrees in Logistics and Business Strategy from recognized institutions. Additionally, Wellington served as an English Teacher at CLA - Centro de Línguas Anhanguera from May 2008 to December 2014.
