Nikki Mills

Nikki Mills is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as Group HR Director at TEGNA since February 2017, Nikki directs HR strategy and operations for TEGNA's Central region, which includes multiple television stations. Prior to this role, Nikki worked as a Director of Human Resources for a consulting firm, focusing on strategic communications, organizational development, and employee relations. Earlier positions include Director of Human Resources at Allina Hospitals & Clinics and FOX Television Stations, and Regional HR Manager at Aetna, with significant contributions to workforce planning and employee engagement. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota and a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of St. Thomas.
