Tim Chavez

Tim Chavez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as a Quality Engineer at Tegra Medical since November 2019, Tim has a strong background in workforce development from a long tenure at Northwest Mississippi Community College, where leadership roles included Director for Adult Education and Workforce Development Advanced Technology Coordinator. Tim has contributed to the advancement of manufacturing training programs and skills instruction. Prior experience includes roles as Production Engineer at Oxford Wire and Cable Services and as an Air Traffic Controller in the United States Marine Corps. Tim holds a Master's degree in Higher Education from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
