Donna Antonacci

Donna Antonacci has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Donna is currently working as a Professional Services Manager at Tegra118 since February 2020. Prior to this, Donna worked at Fiserv as a Client Service Director, where they managed the relationship team responsible for one of the largest investment services clients. Donna improved the team's quality and service within a year.

Before Fiserv, Donna held the position of Vice President at BFDS from September 2007 to December 2008. Donna reviewed and implemented streamlined processes for technology and documented client processes to enhance operational flows. Donna also interacted with internal managers, departments, and clients.

Donna also served as Vice President at State Street Bank from January 2003 to September 2007, where they reviewed and implemented streamlined processes for technology and documented client processes. Donna liaised with internal managers, departments, and clients on a daily basis.

Earlier in their career, Donna worked at ING as a Vice President from 1999 to 2003. Donna was responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and modifying daily operational processes. Donna also collaborated with technology to implement new functionalities and managed vendor relationships for system and business improvements.

Donna gained experience as an AVP at Schroders from 1996 to 1998. Donna implemented and revised daily controls, automated processes, and led a global account conversion initiative as the domestic operations representative.

At the beginning of their career, Donna served as an Associate at Goldman Sachs from 1992 to 1996 and as a Sales Assistant at PaineWebber from 1985 to 1990.

Donna Antonacci obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Finance, General from LIU Post, where they pursued their education from 1983 to 1985.
