Michelle Palatas

Michelle is one of Tegrit’s founding members and has a wealth of knowledge and experience with public pension systems. Her 17+ years in the industry give her deep insight into the inner workings of administering public pension plans, specifically identifying and implementing state-of-the-art technology solutions that solve the unique challenges public funds encounter. Michelle brings uncompromising attention to information security, the rapidly growing member expectations for improved service, and the flexibility needed to accommodate new plan provisions.

Michelle has hands-on experience in the planning, sales, implementation, and administration of enterprise-level systems for a wide range of public pension funds. She has been instrumental in building the infrastructure and support systems for Tegrit from its start through today. In her current role, Michelle leads the company’s efforts in strategic partnerships and vision, business development, and account management for Tegrit.
