Katie James

Katie James has extensive experience in account management and sales training, currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager at Tegus since August 2020, after progressing from the role of Account Manager. Prior to this, Katie worked at Redfin from July 2016 to August 2020 as a Training and Development Specialist - Sales, where responsibilities included designing and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing customer relationships and boosting sales. Katie's career began in education as a third-grade teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools from August 2006 to July 2016. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Radford University.
