Noelle Debortoli

Noelle DeBortoli has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and administration. Noelle is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at RED BLUFF UNION ELEM SCHOOL DISTRICT since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Tehama County Department of Education, where they held the positions of Executive Director Human Resources and Director of Internal Fiscal Services from July 2016 and November 2012, respectively. Earlier in their career, they worked at Western Health Advantage, where they held the positions of Manager of Business Operations and Manager of Administration. Noelle'stenure at Western Health Advantage spanned from October 2001 to November 2012.

Noelle DeBortoli holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration & Finance, which they obtained from National University in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Phoenix, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management in 2009.
