Richard Duvarney is honored and privileged to serve as the Tehama County Superintendent of Schools for a community dedicated to providing a quality education for all children. The Tehama County Department of Education (TCDE) provides services for the 13 school districts within Tehama County. TCDE is committed to supporting students, schools, districts, and the community.

Tehama County is fortunate to have high-quality, committed educators and as a result, a strong educational system. The students are the reason Tehama County does what they do.
