Aleksandra Lancoš

Aleksandra Lancoš has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent position was as the Head of HR Operations department at Tehnomanija, a role they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Compensation Benefits Manager at the same company from December 2020 to September 2021. Before joining Tehnomanija, they worked at Mercator-S d.o.o. as an HR Controlling business partner from June 2017 to December 2020. Prior to this role, they served as a Reporting and analysis specialist for Trading at the same company from May 2015 to June 2017. Their earliest work experience was at IDEA d.o.o., where they worked as an Assistant Sales Director from July 2009 to May 2014.
