Annika Ljaš Eilat is a seasoned marketing expert and entrepreneur, currently serving as Managing Partner at Exponential since June 2024, leading a team focused on marketing and online growth. As Founder and CEO of Noontide since March 2019, Annika has assisted approximately 50 startups with their marketing strategies while optimizing spend, with notable clients including Bikeep and Snackable AI. Annika has also contributed as a Startup Mentor at Tehnopol and Beamline Accelerator, and held significant roles such as Head of Marketing and Public Relations at WePower Network and Marketing Communications Manager at Intertrust. Annika's early career includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Latitude59, where a flagship tech conference was successfully launched, and as Marketing Coordinator at Enterprise Estonia, promoting the country across various markets. Annika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Tartu and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Organisational Behaviour at Tallinn University.
