Diana Paakspuu

Diana Paakspuu is an experienced professional specializing in ESG and sustainability consultancy. Currently serving as an ESG Strategic Consultant at Miltton New Nordics and a Board Member at MP Advisory, Diana also holds mentoring roles in ESG at Tehnopol and as a member of the Supervisory Board at SA Kiusamisvaba Kool. Previously, Diana was the CEO of Uuskasutuskeskus, leading Estonia's largest social enterprise, and held significant positions at G4S Estonia and Swedbank Group, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and project leadership. Diana's educational background includes a Mini MBA in Strategic Management from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, a Mini MBA from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and an M.Sc in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School.
