Liina Laas

Liina Laas is a founding partner of The Better Fund since April 2020, addressing regional issues. Laas serves as a board advisor for the Europe Startup Nations Alliance and a mentor for Tehnopol, the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency. Previously, Laas held leadership roles at Deel as Head of Expansion for both Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltics, contributing to significant company growth. As the founder of CHM Consulting, Laas specialized in business development and marketing services, particularly in the FinTech sector. Additional experience includes advisory roles and leadership in various companies, including MeetFrank and Black Insurance. Laas has also engaged in academia as a guest lecturer on decentralized systems at the Estonian Business School and is pursuing a BSc in Economics and Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
