Taavi Tammiste

Taavi Tammiste is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, data science, and telecommunications. Currently serving as an AI Mentor at Tehnopol since February 2023, Taavi previously co-founded and held the position of CTO at Fyma, where responsibilities included shaping technological vision and strategies. As co-founder and CEO of SIFR, an AI development consultancy, Taavi managed daily operations and client deliverables. Prior roles include Head of Data Science at Mooncascade, where leadership in the data science department was pivotal, and Technical Development Manager at Tele2, focusing on innovative service development. Taavi has also held key technical roles at Televõrgu AS and Ericsson. Educationally, Taavi earned Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology and completed high school at Tallinn Secondary Science School.
