Warren Steer

Warren Steer currently serves as Technical Director at TEI LIMITED, a position held since May 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing compliance services across Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality departments, while also acting as the technical authority on compliance issues and leading the Engineering Design department. Warren's prior roles at TEI LIMITED include Quality Assurance Manager, where management of the Integrated Management System and maintenance of LRQA accreditations were key responsibilities, and Assistant Quality Manager, focusing on internal audits and policy development. Additionally, Warren has deep experience as a Project Engineer, handling significant projects within the oil refinery and power station sectors. Prior to TEI LIMITED, Warren worked as a Project Manager and Project Engineer at Process Combustion Limited, overseeing LNG vaporiser manufacturing contracts. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The Open University Business School and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
