Kevin Delaney

Kevin Delaney is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Area Manager and Senior Project Manager at Teichert since June 2019. Previously, Kevin held various roles, including Project Manager at Goodfellow Bros., Inc. from February 2013 to June 2019, where responsibilities included managing projects valued between $100K and $15M, overseeing financial forecasting, and coordinating change order processes. Prior to that, Kevin was a Senior Project Engineer at Top Grade Construction from June 2008 to January 2013, focusing on cost monitoring and project documentation. Kevin initiated a career in construction as a Project Engineer at Teichert from 2005 to 2008 and completed an internship at Ojai Valley Land Conservancy in 2004. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Math Sciences from UC Santa Barbara and a Construction Management Certification from UC Davis Extension.
