Robert Henschel Jr. has over 20 years of work experience in the engineering industry. Robert started their career at Hughes Training, where they were responsible for developing equipment for the International Space Station. Robert then worked at Camco/Schlumberger as a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer, where they supported the SCSSV product line through design audits and providing engineering support to field districts. Currently, Robert is the Chief Operating Officer at Tejas Research and Engineering. In this role, they manage all operational aspects of the business, including resource allocation, business development, and the development and maintenance of operational processes and procedures. Additionally, Robert holds a patent for an inflow control valve.

Robert Henschel Jr. completed their Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at El Paso from 1990 to 1995. In October 1995, they obtained the EIT Certificate from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
